The MPHM160809 series is a new product developed on the mature stacked platform of Shunluo. The new MPHM series has the following characteristics:

The shipment volume of TWS earphones in 2022 has reached 287.7 million units, accounting for 68% of the total personal audio shipment volume. The demand for electronic components in TWS earphones is huge. In TWS earphones, in order to achieve a high-quality user experience of "on call", many functions are in standby mode when not in use, which continuously consumes battery life. It can be seen that battery life is an important parameter indicator of TWS earphones. In order to improve standby efficiency, a switch type DC/DC power supply chip needs to be used for power conversion, and the periphery of the switch type DC/DC power supply conversion chip needs to be paired with a power inductor as an energy storage device. Therefore, based on the functional applications of different products and the integration differences of different main platforms, 2-4 power inductors are required in a single earphone. Given the construction of TWS, the power inductor in the power circuit of wireless headphones needs to have a smaller size and a medium rated current (hundreds of mA), and requires low inductance loss to achieve high conversion efficiency and strong endurance.
